Basic Conditions of Scheme

• The Motive Power Connection has to be new & it should be in the name of Proprietor OR Unit. (If Party purchase building with motive power connection then name transfer mandatory also the last party should not have availed Duty Benefit).
• Single Phase METER has to be Installed & Sealed by GEB for Office & Factory lighting.
• It Covers New Plant & Machinery, if Second hand it has to be Imported.
• To avail full 5 years duty benefits the applications it should submitted within 90 days from the date of Commercial Production.
• If Owner Purchases Old Constructed Building then the new Investment should be minimum 10 times of the Sale Deed Amount.
• In Case of expansion done in same premises the unit must have to install sub meter.
